Hotel San Marco

The check-in went smoothly, and the rooms are very nicely decorated and, most importantly to me, clean. They really made an effort to make my vacation as enjoyable as possible, whether in the in-house restaurant or when I inquired about the surroundings. The staff was very friendly. All around, I was very satisfied with my choice and can only recommend it.

NO customer care and support !   I booked this hotel for December holidays , unfortunately all flight where cancelled in Munich due to the extreme weather hence our travel plan / flights got cancelled. My booking with hotel was from  09 December and payment was deducted on 02 December . I request for cancellation and refund on 03 December before 06 days of booking and the very next day after they charge me but no support received from hotel side. I requested again and again as it’s a big amount but sadly they didn’t refund .   All the other hotel which I booked over Munich  and other locations cancelled and refunded me the amount as this is not cancelled internationally by me  its because  act of god or nature !!!!

This hotel is in a beautiful little resort a few kilometres from Fussen and the castles. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake and although busy in the daytime, quiet at night. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had one of the biggest baths I've ever used. We paid extra for a lake view. We could see the lake but only from a side view. We ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs. Which did very nice food. The restaurant staff are also the ones who check you in. They are friendly and helpful. My only criticism was we were not told we were going to be charged to park in the garage. It was difficult to park it has about 8 tiny spaces, we didn't bump our car, but I expect many do trying to park here. If we had been told we were paying to use this garage, even though it was only a few euros, we would of chosen to park elsewhere in town. I would recommend this lovely hotel though, good value, in a beautiful location next to the lake.

Nice small hotel just across the Hopfensee - clean and charming. Parking also included.

Room 7 - large apartment with kitchen. Wonderful view. But park on the street No parking fee from 18.00 Parkering garage at hotel was too small. Dinner at the restaurant - ok Breakfast - ok Would we stay again - yes
