The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and not too far from the main tourist attractions. It is a renovated old hotel and is inline with 3 star hotel facilities.

酒店住客可以在下午4點到5點在大堂吧一人免費領取一杯鮮釀啤酒🍺享受happy hour.
酒店收取的税費和攜程APP預訂的訂單金額不匹配，聯繫攜程客服後很快解決了問題。爆贊。酒店有飲水機可以用自己的瓶子免費接水喝。大堂吧的駐唱很有格調。

還行吧酒店很新但建築材料比較廉價，價格可以接受。房間有燒水壺（其他美國酒店沒有這個）總體還可以！衞生間很大，沙發床很軟！

空調是壞的，工作人員修不好，並沒有主動提出解決方案；環境很好，設施較新，好地方，好酒店，夏威夷真好，愉快的體驗

位置比較好，從機場可以坐20路公交車直達，周圍吃飯逛街都很方便。據説酒店是新裝修好的，性價比還可以。

連住5天，沒給打掃過房間。到店再付175美金的訂單，實際收了310美金，至今未給退款！
