New to this platform. Never again!
After making a last min. booking from the airport for a lay over hotel stay when I finally arrived to the reception (after 48 hrs. of International travel and having not slept, and a taxi driver who tried to rip me off I go to the make shift reception area on the 3 rd floor of the hotel with holes in the wall.) I tried to check in but couldn't b/c the name on the booking was my gf instead of mine which was done automatically from the info. stored on my account. There was no possibility of editing after contacting customer support of Trip.com and hotel management. They advertised the rate of $73 minus $40 in gold tier trip .com points. It should have cots me $30. But istead with all the at check out it was $120. I booked at a near by hotel and finally got in bed over 2 hours later. I am done with this shaming platform riddled with red tape issues they don't tell you about. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

#好評#對鄰近店舖，鄰近餐廳，鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對性價比，床品舒適度失望；1.定的城市拐角房，入住告知没有了，最后住的普通房间，两个人+行李比较挤
2.酒店在装修，入口比较吵，checkin的临时地方比较简陋
3. 枕头被子上一股烟味 感觉不怎么干净
4.但是总的来说工作人员很友善 可以收快递
5.离威基基海滩、购物街都是步行距离

受4.9高分評價誤導，聖誕期間2000多人民幣住一晚，特別糟心。老破舊，兩米左右的層高壓抑要命。哪裡能看出是日本人旅館啊，智能馬桶蓋和日語提示所有酒店都有啊，不過是因為這裏日本遊客多。床單被套浴巾毛巾都不知道換沒換，還有細毛髮。還好我都自帶。那個衞生間遠遠不如國內一兩百人民幣的酒店。
並且需要一提的是，我check in 的時候，我的訂單已經被準備好，直接給我門卡，我上去一看811是什麼鬼房間，背面兩部電梯和電房。我直接下來要求換房間，大概以為ctrip訂單都不會講英文給啥是啥嗎。
停車$40一天。唯一優點有個陽台可以晾曬衣服幹得快，頂多3.5分。可以免費借椅子和沖浪板，小童挖沙沙玩具。
夏威夷都來了，別趕上聖誕節，你們還是住希爾頓吧。

#好評#對防治蚊蟲措施，隔音，梳洗用品，酒店氣味，位置滿意；入住很顺利，但是前台需要补交30刀度假村使用费，这个钱非常坑，就是个motel，不值

在此隔壁還不方便出門。環境是不錯。可惜我不會英文衹能看翻譯器。早上起來可以看日出。。態度服務也好。。。攜程也很幫忙翻譯。。。😘

Great boutique hotel. Not as busy or noisy as some of the biggest resorts but has all the amenities and the location is great! Pool was beautiful and not packed.
Rooms are renovated and lobe the style. Housekeeping was great and my room was spotless every time I got home from my day out.
Staff was all helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Its hard to read through so many reviews online and know which one to pick....but i am extremely happy that I chose the Wayfinder. Mahalo.
