Mooi hotel met grote kamers als hotel zijnde in Hong Kong. Ook het personeel is vriendelijk en helpt je goed bij het inchecken

I understand Hong Kong government imposes a new law of no plastic.
However, I don't know why the shampoo and soap containers are empty. I called the front desk and nobody picked up the phone.
I had to run down ask for shampoo and soap.
It ends up I paid $5 HKD for the small containers. I don't understand the logic.
Why don't you put refillable shampoo and soap?

U really like this hotel , for a short trip is a good option. Have a clean white towels, nice soft bed .
Can have some noise from outside , cause of hotel location. Room is small but nice .
Also can keep a luggage at lobby without any extra fee .

Even time up couldn't offer the reservation room. Finally over 20min can get the room.
So far so good for the cleaning and environment.
No bath and shampoo offering.
A big bottle wash liquid on the wall, but empty
No new Tissues, only the remaining little bit offered, not clean enough.

The hotel is very unhelpful, however for that price in that location it delivers what you would expect. Serviceable but small.

The hotel is very strict on name of the booking guest! Please put exactly the same name of your identity document in the booking. The receptionist Ada is very helpful so as to make the check in possible. Thank you!
The location is good but the amenities have room for improvement!

Limited space but good cleanliness. Right in the heart of causeway bay. The Indian receptionist was helpful in providing a socket converter since electric sockets in Hong Kong only support 3 pin switches. Anyone coming from outside Hong Kong, must bring a 3 pin converter for using your phone charger.

Very deposit return policy up one month! Rooms are clean but very uncomfortable, basically a closet not a room. Water pressure is good, so no issues issues with taking a shower.
