No more seaview double bed room, offered seaview twin room. Nice sea view! Very clean room and sincerely kind housekeeper lady. 3 shortcomings: no chair in room; the ‘Hi Simo’ robot was annoying and useless with only Mandarin and poor English; and the phone beeped all night disturbing sleep! Suggest to ask for preferred language or teach guests to use it!

amazing stay at this peaceful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. shuttle buses to tungchung mrt and airport were very convenient as well

Best hotel for stay. They have everything perfectly to comfort you. I love the snacks corner with drinks. Nice city view and the prices were so reasonable.breakfast was so delicious too.

Staff are very helpful and they way they smile and answer us is really in a good manners👍👍👍hotel looks big,clean and the food and restaurants are nice .. this is what I always mention good food with good people. And the best part is the function hall are real good that I manage to greet my fav artist very near.i love this hotel very much.. ❤️❤️❤️gonna be a return customer soon.. see you all

I am happy with room cleaning, location, good restaurants close to the Hotel, and the Front desk helpful in checking in & out. Paid to access club benefits including breakfast. It is a very good dinner and breakfast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the station and airport. We were disappointed when I booked a hotel I selected a swimming pool for my kids but Trip.com did not alert or inform me that during our stay for 2 nights (29 & 30 March 2024), the swimming pool was under-maintained. I recommended to book hotel under the Hotel website to get an update Hotel information. Booked through Agent like Trip.com is very difficulties- communication, I missed airport pick up by booked 2 Vans and paid without service in total 284.43 plus arranged local taxi at Hong Kong Airport.

Friendly and helpful staff. It’s not far from the airport and very near to Disneyland 😀 I’d definitely visit this hotel again. Family friendly ❤️ my kids loved this hotel
