The staffs are friendly but the hotel is one of the worst accommodations I ever had. Very dirty quilt and pillows. I couldn’t sleep on my first night coz the bed is too hard.The shower is not working properly.The fridge is broken and rusty.
I won’t recommend it.Environment is a bit scary! I will never book any place around Chungking Mansions ever again.

這個是菲律賓旅館，重慶大廈令人印象深刻，電梯是真要排隊等很久。優點價格便宜，獨立衞生間。一次令我難忘的入住經歷。

訂左房，明明大床就比張細，吹水話無房，仆街我訂個陣又唔見你trip. Com話無？呃鳩我？
上到攞房，打死狗講傾，即時trip .com再揾，無房？trip. Com仲顯示有，我即時打比經理係咁*先比番我訂左既大床房! 唔係錢唔錢問題。係貨不對辦既問題，注意呢間同馬尼拉旅館係同一老闆，唔好幫襯佢

Stain bedsheet,dirty,environment looks very unsafe,many people harassing you at the front of building.Dont ruin the holiday in this place.

The staff and manager are very kind and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel service. Chungking Mansions is an old mansion, I like those people who misunderstood that don't make a fair comment. The rooms on the upper floors do have advantages. But as a budget hotel, it has a security locker, a private washroom, and digital door access, which is really hard to ask for, especially in budget hotels like these.
