酒店交通不方便，房間比較小，衛生一般，灰塵比較大！🥲驚嚇過度是晚上在木櫃有蟑螂bb🪳🥹！這個價錢這樣子也不用太驚訝😅

It's cheaper to book directly with the hotel actually. Many PRC travellers this time, it gets quite boisterous at times.

Rambler Oasis Hotel: Nice and comfortable place to stay. Clean and Spacious rooms . Complete hotel facilities and good hotel service.

the room was small, as expected, no room to walk or move between the beds, but it was nothing like the nice photos, it was at first glance missing pillows, cushion, liner. at closer inspection, the bedsheet and pillowcase had stains, the bathroom drain grimy, toilet dirty, floor had a puddle of water, the nightstand was worn and cracked, and even the phone was broken and they couldn't fix it. the manager switched a "better" room for us but it had stained towels, the heater wouldn't work on a cold night, the shower hot water ran out, the toilet eventually failed to flush and refill water, the kettle was unwiped, stained and grimy, and more issues. overall the hotel and rooms are old and worn down, and if housekeeping cannot maintain flawless cleans on all possible surfaces, it becomes really obvious and uncomfortable. the hotel management and housekeeping is severely lacking or overworked and cannot keep a clean comfortable quality stay or meet the standards of their own advertising material. they need to renovate or put more resources into their housekeeping and maintenance staff. a cheaper hotel means a smaller simpler room and less amenities but should NEVER sacrifice quality cleaning and housekeeping.

The staff service in front desk is just really bad. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. No initiatives, no smile, rude attitude, from check in, to coming back to just ask about places, to check out. Just bad service. Cleanliness, location and stuffs are just far from fair but still acceptable comparing to how bad the service is.

The staff is not friendly not professional. They were not happy to findout that the booking was done through trip.com. They supply complimentary water for the first day, and wanted to be paid 10hkd per bottle on the following days. They also wanted to be paid for a copy of a passport, 10HKD again. The rooms are not well maintained. Pools that attracted us to the place and the playground for the children are emptied (no water) and closed. Overall not a great place.

Very good but the location is hard to find, the staff is nice too

Due to air conditioning and the eater tub problem, room changed. But door and closet is broken 😔 I booked a one big bed for 2 night, but they couldn't have it, only two single bed, even changed room at 2nd day, same 2 single bed. Are they have single bed only?
