今次又去工作，估唔到今次比3樓房間我！
一出客𨋢就係露天花園。。。正。。。
至於房間就係雙床房，沐浴室就稍為細啲😅
但可讚嘅就係，，，木制梳洗物品及環保水機

幫親戚臨時訂的酒店，據說環境還可以。不過地點位置比較偏，交通沒那麼方便。如果是打算住這裡，每天往返去各地遊玩的話，就不建議了。

酒店地理位置不錯，離地鐵站走路比較近不到10分鐘，酒店也有免費地鐵的接駁車，此外酒店樓下對面就是機場巴士，直達機場很方便。較之第一晚的凱悦簡直全勝，客房面積在香港算很不錯了，升級了河景房，風景可以，下次去香港還是會選擇。

當我於11/4額外再預訂了不同類型的房間，酒店方幫忙免費upgrade到我之前預定同類型的房間及不用轉房。
酒店日本餐廳的料理也非常好吃，住客也獲折扣優惠。

位置極好，有專車送去附近地鐵站，餐飲豐富，最近住客還有折扣優惠，但可惜是房間迷你bar, 在不知不覺中，由免費4罐，變成3罐，再全部消失了。。

Very happy to be able to stay at the Alva Hotel, the hotel facilities are very complete, the lobby is large and the cleanliness is excellent! Apart from that, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. and most importantly for tourists, it is very easy to reach because in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and it is also close to the MTR station. If I have the opportunity to return to Hong Kong, I will definitely stay again at the Alva Hotel❤️❤️❤️❤️

房間衞生需要加強，灰塵多，當天已告知值班經理。在入住當天，凌晨12點前台同事還打電話到房間問是否還有另一間房沒辦理入住？？頭一次遇到這種情況非常不好，為什麼深夜了還打電話，何況客人已到店入住了。
