Deze keer gebruik ik het geïsoleerde hotel, dus ik kan niet genieten van de hotelfaciliteiten, dus ik kan geen commentaar geven. Algehele indruk is goed Kamer is schoon en ruim. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en kortingen bij boeking via trip.com. Kleine porties Volwassen mannen mogen zich niet vol voelen. Gelukkig staat het hotel een afhaalservice toe.

Great hotel if you have a layover in Hong Kong. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it's okay for just one night. The location is great, as there is no need to leave the airport or take a shuttle. The hotel is withing walking distance. It is a bit pricey though since there is nothing special to it. The bathtub needs to be fixed. The water doesn't drain properly.

Pros: 5 min walk from departures and restaurants, and the staff was helpful. Cons: 1980s style decor, refrigerator didn't work, remote didn't work, shower had half a door, the toilet lid could hurt you if you closed it too without holding it, and none of the coffee shops opened until 830am ir later.

The hotel is marvellous,very clean,hygienic and a posh hotel,staff are friendly with the guests and they are very polite to us.It’s a nice place to stay and walking distance to the airport and it’s a good value for the money,highly recommended this hotel and we guaranteed to come back.🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Stayed here a night before an early morning flight. Arrived by taxi and staff was able to assist us for moving 5 big luggage to the room after check in. The check in was very smooth and gave me clear instructions to the room. The baggage handling staff, Simon Shum, was super helpful by sending the luggage to the room timely, moving them to the room one by one carefully and place them all in an appropriate place in the room. Excellent!
Dinner at The China Coast and the experience was fantastic when compared with the service before COVID. The 2 servers were very attentive and handled our order in the best manner . The manager explained the “regal club” benefits and make sure we could enjoy it during our stay. Well done.

This was the worst experience i had in my live with hotels
- 45 min standing in a line for check in
- room not clean or even have drinking water
No one answer the calls the qr code for service is broken
- not have any normal food after 12:00 am
- air condition sound is horrible on low fan
- wifi is very bad and slow
It was a nightmare

Had a really good stay at the hotel. Conveniently located right next to terminal 1 of HK International Airport. The room was clean and comes with a bath tub.
Breakfast was buffet style and was more than decent. 👍. The staff are friendly. Also, the hotel offers a free shuttle ride to tung Chung station (where the shopping outlets are). Just ask for the schedule from the concierge.
They also offer luggage storage in case you want to go for last minute shopping and strolling without the hassle of carrying your luggage around.
I would recommend this and would definitely be coming back! 😉

Great location, it’s inside the airport, only need to walk few minutes from arrival hall. This was our second time staying in this hotel. We had early next day flight to Shanghai, so we decided to stay one night there. We got there around 11pm, all restaurants were closed, the only foods we could get was from 711 🤣

We booked the Regal Airport hotel as our arrival was rather late and we did not want the hassle of travelling to Wan Chai. The room was huge and comfortable. The hotel accommodated our request for a late check out the next day.
