I loved the location of the hotel as it’s close to the most popular tourist attraction destinations. I had a harbor view room and the view was spectacular in daylight and night. The furniture is very old and gloomy. Everything else is nice.

Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place.
Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating.
One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room.
Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

The breakfast is pretty good with many choices. The room very big but maybe a bit old already, they should consider doing some renovation anytime :)

a little old, but good hotel in good location in the centre, if only price/quality ratio was like 10-20% better. because now most of money paid only for location, whereas nearby wellknown hotels were just a little more expensive, but much more new. So i would recommend better price/quality hotel

Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

Definitely it is time for a renovation! Silikon sealing around the bathtub is getting black, shower curtain is grand mother style.

An excellent location and service/staff of an hotel which needs the refurbishing of its bedrooms to keep the 5 stars ratio while all of the rest seems to be almost brand new (mostly the mall area inside).
