The hotel is very old and dated. The bed was super hard Igot back pain after staying for 3 nights. There was no heater in the room so they had to give me portable heater. Worse of all i booked the hotel a few weeks in advance and when i check on the day of arrival the price was about 30 persen cheaper then when i booked it. My price was hkd 1250 and the room price on the day of my stay was 700-800 hkd. I dont recommend to stay here if you dont get a very cheap price. Location was superb though just cross the street and you are at Times Square causeway bay. The management was accomodative to my complain and gave me another room that was cleaner. But overall a disappointing stay.

Rooms clean but tired looking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a little disappointing. Location ideal for shopping, sports and sightseeing.

Everything is good, but i was expecting buffet breakfast since this is also holiday inn and voucher for 50$ for starbucks option was given though not enough for both coffee n sandwhich..but i will still come back bec the room is big..and comfortable..thank u

Much to our surprise, the hotel was exceptionally quiet for a hotel in the busy city centre. However the room was in need of renovation like there was no usb socket, the lighting was a little too bright and tungsten bulbs were still in use.

Room's not very clean, very moldy, found few hairs in the bathroom and pillows.
But very nice place to walk to everywhere tho. Check-in staff were very helpful and friendly, but might not stay again

Location is incredible! Close to great shopping and restaurants. Rooms are small but that's common in Hong Kong! Rooms were very clean. Beds are firm but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful for getting us taxis, etc. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for fun weekends in Hong Kong!
