Location in the causeway bay area surrounding with small restaurant and shopping district. The room is spacious compared to to other hotel in hong kong .

Very convenient place to stay is located heart of causeway bay with everything is around. Victoria park , library, shopping malls like hysan, time square , sogo , fashion walk, restaurants everywhere and all.

Even booked a couple of hours ago, the check-in counter still can't find the bookings and nee to wait for another 30 mins

Location quite good, close to MTR and trans etc.
Staff in hotel and at breakfast very nice, front desk seemed abrupt.
Room, corridors and facilities all clean but very tired - the hotel seems older than it actually is.
Rooftop pool was cold but beautiful; fantastic views.
What made the difference between mediocre and good for me was the breakfast, which was amazing. A huge range of every kind of food imaginable - Western-style cooked, continental, local food, fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, pastries, rolls. Really impressive and very nice staff in attendance.
My room was a bit chilly and I couldn’t get air con to blow warm air so they brought me an electric heater which did the trick.
Shower was only lukewarm but I’m sure if I’d called front desk they would have tried to sort it.

Great Hotel. Its our third stay at Regal while attending a conference and we are very pleased with the experience.
Front Desk Manager Francis went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We are very grateful for his wonderful presence.
The bed could do with a little upgrading. The mattress was a tad too hard while the pillow was too soft that we needed two for our heads to feel comfortable. But overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

Great location and staff, although very strict on the checkin time (at 15:00) even though I got there 14:50…. Anyway they bumped me to executive suite and made my stay very pleasant.
