房間不知道怎麼樣 服務真的太差了 訂錯了房間 不讓退是真的。光這一點 以後再也不住這裏了 態度極其不要 申請了2次都被拒絕❌

住過最差的五星級酒店…和快捷酒店一樣，不如住尖沙咀附近的朗庭香格里拉什麼的…我定的30平房間，給我的第一間房開門進去衹有19平左右！強烈建議換房後、第二個房間照樣衹有23平左右非常小。想想算了。第二見房進去還有上一個客人留下來的香爐（酒店説正常）但是網上查之後比較忌諱..房間連沙發都沒有

I only stayed one night at this hotel while waiting for a flight the next day. So my review is only from the experience of a very short stay. The location of the hotel is very nice. It is right on Victoria Harbour. It’s not far from a subway station, so getting to other parts of Hong Kong is convenient. It’s probably not as convenient as staying in Tsim Sha Sui area, but getting to Tsim Sha Sui was just a short subway ride away regardless. My room was amazing. It overlooked the harbor and was very clean and comfortable. I marked services and amenities as 4/5 for the following reason. The hotel does not provide any toothbrushes or toothpaste. By comparison, this is standard service in the mainland. You could buy a toothbrush or toothpaste from the lobby, but the prices were outrageously expensive and clearly meant to scam lazy or ignorant tourists. Just go to a supermarket nearby and buy a toothbrush or toothpaste for much cheaper if you forgot or do not bring them yourself. Other than that, I liked this hotel. I had good time there even though i only stayed one night and half a day.

Room is spacious, swimming pool offer great view. The gym is pretty good too. Location is 5mins walk to subway. I walked 20mins along the beach to central area, very easy. You can take ferry nearby to central too. Will book again.

The hotel has a great view. The hotel staff are great. Only the amenities are not provided, maybe need to ask the guest service center. I would say, it is a romantic hotel. The supermarket and MTR are nearby. Best for couples or business trips.

A very good size room with plenty of space. Great location with plenty of cafe, restaurant and shops

Good Things: Walking distance to MTR Whompoa and Close to Whompoa Garden Bus terminal easy to access from Airport / Close to AEON supermarket / Nice harbour view with reasonable price / New renovation perfect room condition / Bottle of Wine complementary for our Anniversary trip :) Bad Things: Extremely slow check-in process, we arrived hotel about 16:30 need to wait for 1 hour 15 mins to queue until getting key card / Complementary Wine is in our room without any message or any notice that refer to complementary for our wedding anniversary.

Easy check in it supposed to be at 3 30 but they let us in right away,Huge room, 5mins to train station (whampoa) restu just downstairs they have buffet also and aeon mall looks like ship is close by. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Good service and the room is clean’ only the breakfast is So So !Thankyou for the great hospitality Will comeback again .
