Ik ben er vele malen geweest en deze keer was ik geregeld om in een kamer voor gehandicapten op de vierde verdieping te verblijven. De badkamer is ontworpen voor mensen met een handicap. Na het douchen staat de hele badkamervloer onder water. Je moet een manier vinden om het water af te voeren. Daarnaast hangt er veel stof aan het plafond van de gordijnen. Maar de service is nog steeds goed.

De service bij de receptie is goed, vooral een mannelijke medewerker die een bril draagt, die erg enthousiast is en heel goed Mandarijn spreekt. Er zijn veel restaurants, supermarkten en banken in de buurt, en het is ook heel dicht bij het metrostation. Maar het geluidsisolerende effect van de kamer is niet goed, de stem van de volgende kamer is heel duidelijk te horen

De hotelkamer is acceptabel en schoon. De locatie van het hotel ligt dicht bij het MTR-station Fortress Hill en het is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt van het hotel. De fitnessruimte is klein maar goed uitgerust. Het algehele hotel is gekwalificeerd.

Overall is ok … just not so convenient for calling taxi as there is drop off / pick up area near the hotel Air conditioner was very very cold … and was not adjustable

The hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.

Apart from the steps at the entrance that makes moving heavy luggage cumbersome, everything was great, location, room size and cleanliness.

No service at all. The fire alarm all of a sudden ring at mid-night while no one pick up the phone to let us know what we should do.

Really small room with a really annoying buzzing sound (room 0201) that kept me awake. The mattress was also very hard, not a great hotel.

Really friendly front desk, housekeepers were helpful and can speak English. Will come back again.
