1. Never thought the room would be so tiny unimaginably tiny. The value you pay expensive than chungking and smaller rooms
2. The restroom is a joke, If you are L size then no. XS size yeah still you'll touch the walls
3. They have water for 6 HKD
4. Will I be back? Naah not in this life time

What a hotel, with great service by the front desk reception and the way they tell you about the room and amenities. It was worth it.

Not near thevPrince Edward Mtr station....No hotel facilities....just the hotel rent is reasonable cheap and mostly can checkin earlier before 2pm.

The room is so small that I nearly can’t store my baggage in the room. The shower area is so tight that I could not have a proper shower. Overall speaking, it is a bad experience

Room is a bit small but nowadays it's hard to find a Kowloon hotel that's reasonably priced. Near Mongkok area and is ideal for short business trip traveller.
