This is to inform that the hotel didn't refund the amount against this booking even after continuously pleading with them that my visa was denied by hong kong . This leaves me with very bitter experience . they have been putting onus on trip.com and vice versa. I feel strained to get the refund

some confusion over what was included in the price. But the cleaner kept the place clean (I think she was called Kaci) and kept us well stocked with sugar/toilet rolls and bathroom clean. Some people in the room liked the Aircon a little colder than others in the room. But at least it shows the Aircon worked. I would have preferred more security cameras to beef up security.

Room was so smalll and rent was big. Spacaily clean was very bad there in room have a durty smell. And i already booked online and pay but when get there still ask me about more money.

budget hostel in Indian community. There are many restaurants and shopping malls around also it's very close to tsim sha tsui or east tsim sha tsui subway station. Room is small and there are maybe 1-1,5 square meters in total if you don't could space occupied by beds and bathroom
