酒店位置好！樓下就是公交站地鐵站，都很近很便利，樓下也有好多餐館和便利店吃喝不愁，酒店一看店家就很用心一進走廊裏就很乾凈整潔！步行10分鐘就能到維多利亞港，夜景很好看。還有商場什麼的購物超級方便！房間乾淨空氣也好，樓下就是九龍公園！最最最喜歡的就是感謝店家送的禮物超級好，超級暖心！留下了美好的回憶，再次感謝！

做一個真實客觀的評價吧，總體來説滿分100至少90分以上，瑕不掩瑜，是一個去香港旅遊的好的休息地
價格：中秋國慶前淡季500/晚，豪華大床10平左右，是略有擁擠，但2個人完全夠用
位置：尖沙咀核心地點，往西500米是dfs免税和廣東道海港城，往南500米就到維港，往東500米就到尖東商圈，往北500米就到廟街，所以香港就是這麼小，非常直觀的感受
交通：尖沙咀C1口出來右轉直接就是海防大廈，所以在香港最貴的核心地段有這個性價比很難得
衞生：衞生打掃的非常乾淨，每天下午3點左右清潔阿姨會主動敲門詢問是否需要打掃
入住：因為房多，每個樓層都有單獨的管家來安排，所以最佳的入住方式就是提前加微信，告知入住時間，提前提供港澳通行證，房東會給你大門密碼，進來吹空調就行
設施：一個豪華大床房是一個大概1.3m的床，由兩個單人床拼接起來的，實際體驗下來與雙人床無異；一個化粧台一個軟墊凳子，基本是唯一堆放雜物的地方；廁所洗浴在一起，寸土寸金我覺得這很能理解；有吹風機，有衣架但沒有很方便的晾曬地，衹能先掛屋內脱水再掛床頭吹風；空調是分離式的，冷氣真的很足，這在香港的任何地方都有直觀感受；公共設施有飲水機、冰箱，提供保鮮膜，提供紙巾，我覺得這在香港很難得，因為在茶室甚至都衹提供你一杯免費飲用水。
總體環境：背靠九龍公園和九龍清真寺，所以附近的南亞裔或者西亞裔比較多，跟重慶大廈直線距離也不超過200米，但是現在網上對重慶大廈魔化的比較嚴重，白天進去跟嚴密一點的筒子樓沒有太大的區別，住的海防大廈樓下每天都有24h保安值班，有一位戴眼鏡的大叔保安甚至貼心的為每一位住户按電梯。看了其他的評價，大的公共區域裏確實有燒香的味道，跟內地的香不是一種味，而且確實衹在雅舍大公共區域裏有，個人房間裏是聞不到的，不沖也比較容易接受，這個看個人感覺。
其他：給各位內地來hk旅遊的朋友一些小的忠告，完全是自己個人感受。1. 如果你住在雅舍或者尖沙咀的其他地方，遊玩的時候北不要超過廟街，再北就不太有旅遊的意義了，往南就隨便。2. 尖沙咀的物價明顯高於其他地區，部分商品甚至高於中環，這點你可以把尖沙咀理解為景點物價，非必要別去7-11便利店，不光貴而且貴的離譜，往東500米在K11商場附近有2個惠康，是來香港買日常必需品的最好去處。3. 來香港不要隨便找餐廳吃飯，這邊除了茶室和小飯店外不習慣標註價格，所以提前做好攻略或者在門口查一下避免被宰。4. 麥當勞、kfc等西式快餐的價格和內地一樣，如果能接受是省錢休息的好去處。5. 就免税購物來説，hk不如澳門不如珠海海關免税（可能跟珠免正好做活動有關係）。6. 廟街，銅鑼灣，上環都有比較多的港式麪包店，真的好吃又便宜。7. 千萬別去ly茶室，很有名味道也不錯，但是中西結合，又收茶位費又收加1服務費的飯店我可能衹會在hk遇到，點了360的餐食，2個人最後付了500，茶位費都要加一的飯店可能這輩子不會再去第二個。8. 八達通真的很方便。
大致情況就是這樣，hk不特種兵的話3天完全夠，哪都想去的話有合理的安排的話，5天最多了。希望各位在hk玩的開心，希望雅舍這樣的良心旅店能越辦越好！

The hotel is locates in Tsim sha tsui that was very convenience. Even though the room size is kind of small, but its the simple thing at Hongkong.
Much recommend !!! Good price with good hotel.

Very convenient location. If you stay here, you’re just a few steps away from the mtr, bus stops, parks and malls. It was a nice place to stay but.. there were a lot of hair strands on the floor upon checking during our arrival. Anyway i will still come back here because of the convenience. Owner is very nice also. Highly recommended!

The location is just nearby Tsim Tasha Tzhui mrt, nice! Other than the location, the room is actually quite small, it was just a few steps away then can reach toilet lol
Can’t believe that we was booking the double deluxe room, the room have just double queen bed, one small table and toilet only. (refer to pic for more info)

Location is great, but it is hard to communicate with this property. Arrived at 9pm and dont know how to check in, no reception area, need to contact Trip and then wait 10-15mins to meet the lady. Really tired! Wifi in the room must scanned by Wechat so I cant not use wifi here during my stay.
Room is super super small, the toilet is also small. Facility is old. I dont think I will be back this Hotel for next stay

The room is super clean and the location is very good especially for this price range. However, the air conditioner flapping is not working. Overall, we had a great experience with this accommodation.

The place is very accessible to MTR TST Exit A1. It’s super close to everything you need— shops, restaurants, Haiphong Market malls, etc. The place is small but relatively OK, given that spaces are really small in Hong Kong. The place is also clean. :) Best part is, the owners and the Filipina cleaning lady are very friendly, accomodating, and very responsive. :) will definetely stay here again.
