Have always been staying in this hotel whenever I am back in HK . Really impressed with the level of service they provide to their customers. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is located near to the MTR and ferry terminal making it easily accessible to any places. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to visit hongkong.

明明是禁煙房，卻有紙巾包裹感應器，而且還有點煙味..沒有清潔和檢查清楚就安排房間！
其次，房間只有兩支支裝水，需要飲水居然要收費每支50..而且還是 bonaqua,好過去搶
登記入住時老是有人插隊買問題，毫無禮貌和私隱可言，職員照舊回答，忽然正處於入住的我…

酒店位於北角維港邊上，服務人員特別好，下面有商場，吃玩都很方便，23樓有酒吧，夜景不錯，酒店離地鐵口一百米，出來路面很多叮叮車，屬於居民區段，總體值得推薦

전체적으로 너무 너무 만족스러웠어요.
현장에서 공실이 있었는지 하버뷰룸으로 업그레이드해주셨습니다. 하버뷰로 업그레이드 하지 않았으면 후회했을 것 같아요.
뷰에서 홍콩여행 만족도 절반은 먹고 들어간 것 같아요.
기본적으로 영어권 직원분들이 계셔서 의사소통에도 어려움은 없었고, 한국어 능숙하신 직원분도 계셨습니다. 영어가 능숙하지 않아도 문제 없을 것 같아요.
다만 수영장을 이용 못 해본게 아쉬웠어요.. 수영하려고 한 날 비가 갑자기 많이 오는 바람에 시설 구경만 했는데, 사이즈가 큰 수영장은 아닌데 뷰가 너무 좋아서 꼭 들어가보고 싶더라구요.
조식도 꽤 괜찮았고, 교통편도 매우 좋은 편입니다. 지하철이 걸어서 2분정도 거리에 있고, 메인 버스 정류장도 그 정도 거리에 있습니다.
바로앞에 작은 쇼핑몰이 있어서 한식당 일식당도 있긴 합니다. 홍콩 음식 조금 질릴 때 한 번씩 먹기 좋았어요.
걸어서 5~10분 내외 거리에 꽤 괜찮은 식당들도 많았습니다.
다음에 홍콩 여행할 일이 생기면 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소였습니다.

酒店各方面都很不錯 就是房間還是有點小，2000一晚，不到30個方，下次我寧願選擇嘉里酒店，起碼有40個方，五一香港酒店的價格確實是有點不可理喻了！

Upon check-in, nobody offered to take our bags up to the room. Beautiful view from the swimming pool and gim. We also enjoyed the view from the room. Centrally located to the metro and bus stops. Breakfast buffet was excellent but waiting for a table took some time.

設施：非常齊全，房間有咖啡機可以自己做
衞生：很乾凈，不錯
環境：地理位置很好，離北角地鐵站一分鐘的距離，
但又不會吵。
服務：非常周到，專業。
早餐也很豐盛，中式西式都有。
