Locatie is goed. Ligt naast de metro. De kamers zijn klein, maar dat is normaal voor Hong Kong

Receptiepersoneel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gewaardeerd om op een hogere verdieping te worden toegewezen. De kamer is netjes, maar er zijn alleen wat stof en haren in de kamer gevonden.

Klein en efficiënt hotel. Handig met goed eten en transportnetwerk in de buurt. Goed voor kort verblijf.

De locatie was erg goed, dicht bij het station. Kamer is vrij groot in vergelijking met andere kamers in dit tempo in HK. Sterk aanbevelen voor de mensen die naar HK reizen.

Free breakfast is not enough time and food.
Every time to refill breads are only eight pieces, and 1/3 jar of juice. It's not enough to share customers. For one family need to have four and eight when 2 pieces per person. It makes so many argue for customers in need
Suggest one glass of drink put in the room, even no plastic distill drinks offered.
Coffee bar's always out of services, lacj of water and clean up shown.
Others services so far so good

I stayed at this hotel before Covid 19. I read some bad review. Quite hesitated. Love the Location as it is within walking from the MTR stn Exit A. There is also a Direct bus A11 to the Airport. Hotel staff is friendly. Cleanliness is within my expectation. Free coffee/tea + Bread provided before 10am daily. Highly recommended

We had a long day traveling,We were tired but happy to be in Hong Kong.We our hotel the I club Fortress Hill, upon booking the staff were friendly and courtious and attended to our needs. The room was cleaned daily.The room is small but its cozy. This room was a soft place to land after a fantastic day in Hong Kong.
