Dans l'ensemble tout était bien (service, chambre, etc). Mais a ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas récupéré mon dépôt de garantie. Malgré plusieurs message de ma part a l'hôtel qui sont toujours resté sans réponse... Si vous avez pas envie de vous prendre la tête avec des démarches administrative et courir apres votre argent, passez votre chemin... a éviter

Hotel is located in a private area, there is nothing around in walking distance..
There was a very bad smell in room, no cleaning of the room during our stay there. Breakfast was just basic continental same everyday.

the beds are not clean enough. Me and my friends got many weird stings after sleeping there for a few days. I would choose a different place to live next time. There's no enough shelves or desks or seats, so me and my friends didn't enjoy the stay. The light in the room is so dim that evening time was very unpleasant.

The hotel was great, but I was charged an extra 338.08. I had no pets and all i did was sleep there.

We have stayed here several times on our way to the Keys. Very convenient. clean and the staff are very friendly. Love the location.

Was very disappointed when I was charge for parking.
Front desk was a disappoin**ent when I request to be accommodated early check in because of a disabled wife.
