Welcome to Payson, Gateway to Arizona's Rim Country!! This is our part-time home that we love so much!! We hope you do too!! This ground floor 2 Bed/Bath + full kitchen and laundry mountain condo is perfect for quiet visiting or as a basecamp to explore the beauty where Arizona's Ponderosa pine forest begins. Just minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge and endless hiking adventures, but situated within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and unique local artists. Possible light snow in the winter and cool mountain summer nights. Resort quality pool and landscaping with private patio, entrance and parking. Please make sure your booking has the accurate number of people that will be staying, this ensures the proper number of towels, bedding and supplies will be available. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, owner has severe pet allergy. Service animals must be declared at booking and must behave as such, extra cleaning fee may be assessed . In an effort to keep cleaning fees as low as possible, we do expect you to pick up after yourself and your guests. For guests staying longer than 1 week, moderate cleaning is expected, please be courteous (this is our home, we are not a faceless corporation) or an extra cleaning fee will be assessed. If you really want to make a mess, let your children run feral and leave it, we highly recommend staying in a hotel. Condo is located on the ground floor of the center building on the north side of the Four Seasons Condos complex, entrance is off the north side of the pool, #26. Private covered parking spot labeled with condo# is on the east side of the parking lot. Door lock code will be sent the day before your stay and will be valid until check out at 11am on your last day. Front door has resident privacy lock accessable from inside only. Condo is equipped with a ring doorbell camera and rear patio camera aimed at back patio door for resident and host safety.
