Our personal favorite -- Koinania Kafé, The Corn Palace, and other restaurants are all within walking distance. Located conveniently, it still has the quiet neighborhood perfect to relax in. The house has a big backyard, a driveway to park in the front and also a driveway to park in the back. The house is in the last stages of remodel but very usable. You can sleep as many people as you like if you provide your own sleeping bags, ect.
