Terrible. Elevator out of order. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. We couldn’t deal with it and had to leave. Then the GM said he wouldn’t refund the room despite our complaints.

The staff was really good asking for help and they were there right on the spot stayed there twice and I'll do it again the kitchens are really clean

Couldn't relax in the tub. People in the room above me was being loud and i Couldn't hardly sleep for work.

No one at the front desk if you check in after 3:00, despite no smoking smelled like smoke, pets and ****.

My complaint is about the hotel only. It’s old and gross. Thankfully we only had to sleep and leave. Not a place I’d choose a second time.

We liked the pet policy and kitchen but wished they had some kitchen items like coffee pot , toaster, and a few cooking eating itinsels

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Noise from the highway was pretty significant. It also seems to be geared more towards people looking for medium/long term housing as opposed to short stays like a typical hotel.
