Really nice hotel in the center of town but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and get plenty of light from big windows or balconies. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk everywhere in town within 5 or 10 minutes.

호이안 세번째 갔는대 이곳만한곳 없습니다
야시장이 너무가깝고 주인분이 너무 친절합니다
주방에서 계단타고 끼니때마다 요리냄새 올라오는거 빼고 완벽합니다
숙소에서 창문만 열어도 너무 예뻐요

徒歩10分圏内に来遠橋やナイトマーケット、旧市街地がある。部屋からの眺めは最高で、バルコニー付きの部屋はとても素敵だった。また、部屋は全てオートロックなので安心して宿泊できる。
スタッフは皆親切でフレンドリーだった。次にホイアンに泊まる時も絶対利用したい。

Very nice, quiet and cozy place. Comfortable beds in our family room with balcony. I is a small hotel shared with a lovely family and their boys Bill and Ben. Very close to all activities within walking distance. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place.

We were very happy with our stay at Bill Ben Homestay – very friendly and helpful family, good location, nice and clean, lots of hot water and a tasty breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and had a great size balcony where we could sit and read and unwind after a busy time exploring Hoi An. An Bang beach was worth a visit and we would recommend trying Bia Hoi at the Chips n fish n stuff bar just a few minutes walk from Bill Ben.

Would really recommend staying here if you are going to Hoi An! Perfect location, super close to everything, big rooms with a sunny balcony. Our beds were made every day, and the towels were also changed. Great breakfast included, you choose one dish and one drink out of a few options such as fried eggs, omelett, banana pancakes, coffee and fresh juice. The couple who run the homestay are the sweetest, and will help you with everything you need. Felt like they were our extra parents while staying in Hoi An, haha. Also booked some excursions through them, and rented bicycles to go to the An Bang beach. They organized our ride to the airport as well for a really good price. (300.000 VND)

We had a wonderful stay with Lùu’s family. Good location, only one block to the night market and 10 minutes walk to the old city.
The room was quiet, clean, spacious and very comfortable beds! Breakfast was basic but very good! Great coffee every morning!
Big shout out to Lùu!! She was the most helpful Homestay owner I ever met in my life!! She arranged almost everything we needed for us, from renting motorbikes, buying SIM card, exchange money, making dresses and shirts, book flights.. Thank you so much!!
We will definitely recommend your place to everyone!!

We loved staying at Bill Ben Homestay, and with our beloved hosts! The rooms were nice and clean, and we got new towels and our beds made each morning. The breakfast was good, and the location was suberb. Close to the ancient town, restaurants and markets. We also booked tours through the host and got help renting bicycles etc. Would absolutely recommend!
