Host is very helpful and caring. They give cheaper bookings for tours, bicycles and very polite. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. They are very proactive if any help is needed. Location is very prime.. Everything is walking distance.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Town Of Viet House Homestay! When I arrived, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. My room was HUGE and very clean with a king size bed and AC. The hosts were very welcoming and helped me during my stay with advice on where to get good deals and helped me organise airport transfer. They also had bikes which guests are free to use. Location was perfect, overall great value. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.

This one of a kind place has got everything. New and modern interior, AC in every room, fridge, modern bathroom and the rooms are nice and big. It is situated close enough for a nice stroll to the old town and far enough to be in a local area. Cheap restaurants close by and free bicycles to use for the 15 minute ride to the beach. It gets even better when you are met with the hospitality of the family there - amazing. Thank you so much for a marvellous time spend. I will definitely be back.

Simply the best family to stay with in Hoi An. They are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and airy. All have AC, are modern with nice bathroom and small fridge. Walking distance to the old town and a 15 minute bicycle ride to the beach. They provide bicycles for free. Nice local area where you will find many cheap restaurants nearby and without the hordes of tourists. Go stay there and you will not regret it.

The house, bed, sheets, towels etc. are very new ! Makes all the difference. The location is perfect. Coffee shop just across the road. A short walk to everything you need but quiet at the same time. I enjoyed getting to know the family. It was great, they helped me with information for visa extension, transport to the airport and lots more.. The room came with a bicycle. I spent days exploring, photographing Hoi An and surrounds. Hope to be back soon !
