We had the best week staying here! It felt like a little slice of (affordable) luxury, following weeks of travelling and many uncomfortable beds, we were happy to spend the week enjoying all that Hoi An has to offer and resting and Grand Holiday Villa in the evenings. The staff were so kind and helpful, full of great advice and ideas of places to go and things to do! The room was beautiful and comfortable, just everything about our stay was perfect and we felt really looked after. We loved that we could borrow the bikes and had a lot of fun doing so! Thank you so much. If we're ever in Hoi An again, we will 100% be back.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for 5 nights. We were kindly upgraded to a connecting room and were very comfortable and happy with our rooms. The staff were all incredibly friendly and recommended the best tailor, restaurants, cafes, and activities to take part in. Phuong was really kind to us and helped us to feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a quiet area but with shops/restaurants/cafes nearby, and Hoi An city centre was a 10-15 minute walk. We were also offered bikes to cycle to the beach. We would definitely come again! :)

Grand Holiday Villa changed owners during covid but the service and rooms are still as exceptional as the older reviews mention. Phuc, the current manager, has been of great help throughout our stay and very attentive, offerings tips and recommendations for the rest of our trip in Vietnam. The hotel is in a quiet street (with an amazing breakfast/lunch place at walking distance - Rosie's café) and has free bikes at disposal; rooms are well-decorated and very clean. Highly recommended!
