酒店位置就在景區中心附近，遊客的停車場🅿️對面。走到景區公交巴士站3分鐘。酒店主樓（沿馬路）僅來了早餐廳，客房僅開副樓，相對安靜。客房設施屬於德國老式的家庭Hotel模式（温馨舒適）。感覺欠佳的是午夜時分在牀頭櫃發現蟑螂🪳，屋內有小蟲。擔心會有跳蚤。心情一下受影響了。

Staff is too strict and look down Asian people also room is too noise and small view is ok and close to the castle. Breakfast is so bore not many thing to eat. Summary not recommend for Asian people. 😭

One of the few hotels in Hohenschwangau, pretty close to castle ticket counter and offers beautiful view of castle from the front porch; check-in staff was really curt and rude; room was tiny and basic though clean; there was barely even room to open any bags, no full length mirror in our room and we had to manage with a small mirror in the bathroom; breakfast was frugal and no toiletries are provided in the bathroom

Prenotato tramite booking.con per la sua vicinanza al castello di Neuschwanstein siamo rimasti soddisfatti delle camere, della connessione internet e del ricco buffet a colazione. Unico neo che, nonostante siano state prenotate a mio nome due camere matrimoniali, ci siano state date due stanze su piani diversi molto lontane l'una dall'altra. Prossima volta specificherò che le desidero vicine. Il sistema della reception è molto “ moderno”. Facilmente, infatti, gli ospiti la troveranno chiusa al suo arrivo ma, controllando le proprie mail troveranno la comunicazione da parte dell'albergo col numero di camera e il codice per ritirare da un'apposita cassetta la chiave stessa della stanza assegnata.

en positif : l'emplacement et la vue sur le Neuschwantein depuis la terrasse en rez-de-chaussée En négatif · il a fallu attendre que notre hôtelière finisse de fumer sa cigarette pour s'occuper de notre arrivée ... chambres propres mais minuscules petit déjeuner basique et de qualité médiocre Peut faire mieux
