A wonderful place to stay at. Friendly staff and great food too. A must when you want to breakaway for a weekend or so. It’s in the wildlife area so perfect for a walk or drive to see animals. Definitely recommend this place.

Notre deuxième séjour dans ce lodge fantastique et nous en sommes ravis. L’accueil est chaleureux, nous avons eu l’impression de retrouver des amis, les chambres sont décorées avec goût, elles sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Il est très agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine après une sortie pour voir les animaux. Les repas sont délicieux, le personnel est souriant. Les propriétaires, Karine et Fabian, sont toujours présents pour vous raconter leur expérience africaine, vous conseiller et organiser des sorties selon vos demandes. Bref, un séjour idyllique, j’espère revenir dans ce lodge.

Bellissimo posto, curato nei minimi dettagli. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo ottimo e presentato con cura. Ci sono antilopi e altri animali che girano per il giardino. Incantevole atmosfera.

An amazing residence with amazing service and staff. On arrival we were greeted by the very helpful (and attractive) Thumee (pronounced "to me"). The whole atmosphere was one of calm and peace. All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful at all times. We had a wonderful dinner cooked in front of us in the big open kitchen/restaurant. Breakfast was of equally high quality . The room was clean and very well appointed, the bed, the best I have ever slept in. We were given a map of the local area and went out for a short drive seeing Zebra, Impala, Wart Hogs & Kudoo. The owner of the property was available at all times and an absolute Gentleman - he even makes a point of being there to say goodbye to all of his guests even if only stay for the one night as we did..

We stayed for 7 nights in August, with our 7-year old child. In Ukuthula you stay right in the middle of African wilderness and yet in a very comfortable and well designed place. The lodges are nice, cool, very well equipped and provided with great beds. A very special and thankful note to the great team that provides for the welcoming and hospitality minded experience. Don't hesitate, enjoy this place.

Thank you Fabian and Staff. We had an amazing stay. Our room was spacious and the outside shower was a nice extra touch. The breakfast was out of this world. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you again!

Everything was incredible. The most beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Kimberley abs the staff went above and beyond and the breakfasts Abe evening meals were great. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Warm welcome, great team serving all of our needs, friendly and homely ! Loved the nice rooms, the walkable reserve starting right at the pool, the quiet - excellent ! Special thanks to Fabian for his great way of making us feel comfortable and the nice talks around the bond fire !

Ukuthula bush lodge was the best lodge we have ever stayed in with my wife and two daughters 6yr old and a 12yr old. Fabian and the staff were so kind,friendly and helpful.We enjoyed everything from the food,the comfortable beds,the outdoor shower and the pool. We definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like to experience the tranquility in the bush.
