Best hotel in the area. The villas are located in a quiet location alongside the mountains, 2 minute drive from the main part of ninh binh. Views are gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious.

We booked this place very last minute and weren't sure what it would be like--it turned out to be in the perfect location and to have the sweetest host ever who took wonderful care of us. Tam Coc Eco Field is set right against the karst rocks that make this area so beautiful. It's a very short walk to town, where there are lots of restaurants and shops and you get the famous boat ride, but just far enough away to be avoid the crowds and noise when you want. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There's also a nice pool which we would definitely have used if it wasn't on the cool, cloudy side while we were there.

Great Homestay. Very clean, with huge comfy beds, air conditioning or fan. Beautiful location with views over the paddy fields. A lovely pool right outside your room. And there is a fabulous rooftop restaurant two doors up! I would recommend this homestay to anyone.

The hosts were very lovely and hospitable - they were even kind enough to help us with a late check-out since we have a sleeper train booked. Beautiful views, sweet dogs and kittens, free bikes and cheap motorcycle rental. Great location one minute from the center of town. Couldn’t have asked for more. Many thanks!

Great location comfortable rooms brilliant hosts really nice atmosphere. 5 minute walk to town complementary bike hire also chargeable scooter hire. Would definitely recommend. Very quiet relaxed area and a bit more chilled out. G & J Scotland

Super séjour à Tam Coc, nos hôtes étaient très souriants et super flexibles. L'endroit est simple un peu à l'écart du tumulte de la ville
