- ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BIG
- HOWEVER THE PILLOWS ARE VERY HIGH AND HARD SLEEP UNTIL 2 OF US GOT NECK PAIN
- BATHTUB WAS VERY UGLY! A LOT OF CRACKS ON THE SIDE WALL
- SERVICE STAFF WAS GOOD
- FOR THE PRICE WILL BE BACK AGAIN

Good pricing when I did the booking with Trip.com. Hotel located nearby Ben Thanh Market and other major shopping malls. Many eating places with wide choices around. Check-in at reception was smooth and greeted by friendly staff. Room was on high floor, clean and spacious with basic amenities provided. Daily room cleaning by Housekeeping and very responsive when called upon. Breakfast was served on 1st floor restaurant and had good selection of daily food starters. Overall good establishment and looking forward to be back next time.

General: It is our second time staying at this hotel. In our previous stay, we found that the hotel's location was close to the Takashimaya Mall and not far from Vincom Plaza, and the room we reserved was excellent and comfortable. However, this time, we have a problem with the AC, and although the hotel technician came to solve this issue, the way they used a vacuum cleaner to clean right next to the bed needs to be more appreciated. As a result, the AC still needs to be fixed.

The location is good with nearby Ben Thanh market and walking distance to other places like Takashimaya and Saigon Square. However the room was quite run down and the water was leaking for our toilet and towel rack was spoilt. Otherwise,still acceptable. When booked, I requested for 2 connecting rooms. Hotel replied said kept aside for us 1 only. I reminded the hotel 1 week before our arrival and was told still only 1 available which I was ok. When arrived, they said none available as fully booked. What a disappoin**ent!

Room was clean, location is super close to everything as it is very central in District 1. I could walk to most places if I wanted to!
One thing that I felt was very good is the service attitude of the staff. All of them are very smiley and help you with whatever you can. Lifts your mood lots!

There is no where it mentioned there were no windows upon booking. It’s was surprise where the reception asked for additional payment for room with window view. Will be much cautious upon my next booking
