This hotel location is great , hotel is a bit old , old styles .. but staffs are helpful and nice ..

Hotel is super near to Bui Vien Walking Street if you are the party-goer sort of traveller. However for me, I came because of my friend who is an alcohol addict, who wanted to venture the area. I am more of a shopping and good food explorer so it may be abit of disadvantage. Nevertheless I have no complaints about the hotel staff being friendly & helpful. Rooms are also relatively clean and house-keeping are right on time every morning unless you put a no-disturb sign. Place is within a family mart and a nearby pharmacy which I think serve no purpose for travelers like myself. Most of the time only to return at night to rest and rest of the day out & about for food & tours. Recommend for party goes & alcohol lovers.

was once a great place, with great management team, but very disappointed in the decline in quality. Ownership has legal and financial problems, so now everything falls apart: less staff, less maintenance. And they want to charge fees for everything. Even took away parking spaces so they could rent to a low class coffee kiosk that blocks access to the entry. No Support for existing tenants. Only want money.

An excellent property, helpful staff, very good location ( near walking street in district 1), close proximity to all kind of restaurants/bars/ nightclubs however if you are staying on 9th floor then expect a loud noise throughout the night cos of a roof top night club on 10th floor. Rooms are very clean; having all necessary things for a two/one bed room apartment. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. I stayed on 9th floor ( 2 bedroom apartment) on one night; could not sleep in the night cos of noise in the night then changed to one bedroom apartment on 3rd floor on 2nd night which was very pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended to stay with friends and family
