We booked 3 nights in standard room with windows, but the window facing into the stairwells, so it really is a room with no windows.
Anyway, the bed and room is fairly comfortable once we get used to the room. There is enough shelf and cupboard to store and put away your stuffs that you don't feel clutter.
This is a family owned mini hotel type, that are looked after reasonably well by the owner.
The hotel is right opposite Takar plaza with clean and air-conditioning food market.
Complementary Breakfast is typical eggs and baguette or noodle soup with Vietnamese coffee.
I would pay more to get triple room with actual windows an more spaces, if we want to stay on pham ngu lao Street.

The staff so friendly. Location was great.
The room facing the street was so noisy.
They had prepared 5 single beds for a family of 5, which was funny for a family with parents.
The family room has a window to the inside the corridor with the light on throughout the night, so the room was not completely dark at night. So we couldn’t get enough rest. We didn’t like the breakfast, only bread, egg, coffee and some banana.
Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Расположение отеля отличное, до всех основных достопримечательностей легко дойти. Рядом оживленная улица с кафе и барами. Персонал приветливый. Есть скромный завтрак, но нам хватало. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, в номере чисто. При бронировании было указано, что окно в сад, но на самом деле оно выходит на стену соседнего дома. Кондиционер работает. Но в номере очень сильно пахло табачным дымом,видимо кто-то из соседей курил. Так как у меня аллергия, было очень плохо. Персонал посоветовал потерпеть ещё день и закрывать дверь в душевую. К сожалению это было невозможно, т.к ручка на двери сломана. На пару дней остановиться можно, учитывая удачное расположение.

フレンドリーなスタッフに感謝。
7階の景色の良い場所で食べる朝食はコーヒーとパンと玉子とバナナでシンプルですが私達には十分でした。
そして最高のロケーション。
TVでYouTubeが見られないのが残念でしたがWiFiは高速でした。

부이비엔과 적당히 떨어져있어 밤에 그렇게 시끄럽진 않았습니다
시장 가까워서 좋고 놀거리가 주변에 많아서 좋았습니다
12시 넘으면 숙소 문 앞에서 할아버지가 주무시는데 그것빼곤 가격대비 만족합니다

위치가 좋아서 숙박했지만 침구는 세탁했지만 각종 얼룩이 있었고 특히 화장실에서 바퀴벌레가 나와 기겁했어요
