We had a very nice trip, and the hotel quality made it great.1. The staff were so helpful (including Nini or Mimi not sure exactly about the name), they were so helpful in guiding us for food and getting what we wanted to explore.2. The pool was great, not so many people, and clean. You can enjoy it day and night.3. We booked a two-bedroom room, and it was big and nice, like an apartment.4. The location is not bad.5. Breakfast can say so, so not too much variation. 6. We checked in earlier, about 30 minutes , without any issues.7. Also, late check-out was available, even though we did not use this option. Do not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, kind staff who did everything to help especially the reception worker Bach Khom (Brian), very clean hotel, 5 star level rooms, good location, really recommended, coming back to it again for sure.

This is a just refurbished hotel, the room is super super clean and tidy, feels like your home, you can find everything you need, location is great, you also can find all the facilities that you need, there is a convenient store next to the building, also opposite side of the hotel, all the staff are very polite and super helpful, definitely will stay again!!

The hotel remains situated in District 1, but there is a limited selection of dining choices in the vicinity. Fortunately, this wasn't a major problem as we could easily order food via Grab. The staff were exceptional, and the accommodations were satisfactory. It would be beneficial for the hotel to contemplate upgrading the televisions; the existing ones lack smart features. I highly recommend considering this upgrade, especially for families traveling with children who could benefit from such features for entertainment.

Its great for families or large group - big and clean apartment with washer and small kitchen. Excellent Service. Downside is not walking distance to shopping and limited F&B within the premise.
