M City Hotel Saigon

10月30-11月2號這段時間入住 1，我們入住第二天沒有搞衞生也就算了，連毛巾手巾都不換！ 2，本來正常酒店，第一天送的可樂和薯片是不是應該每天提供，這個酒店衹提供一次！凌晨的前台態度非常差 3，我們入住三天，最後一天我們想推遲一個小時都被拒絕，告訴我們有旅行團，房間很緊張。特別凌晨的前台，客服態度非常非常差！ 反正，入住非常不舒服。不是新一點，沒有一點優勢！ 還有就是搞衞生不乾淨，還有指甲在地上

這家酒店不知道怎麼那麼高的評分。實際這家酒店強烈不推薦，入住了直呼上當。首先，這個酒店衹有一個前台辦理入住，我辦理的時候前面是幾個外國人，等了十幾分鍾。第二，這家酒店要收按金，住一晚就要收50萬越南盾，毫無邏輯。而且在越南住過好幾家酒店、第一次遇到要交按金的。第三，這個酒店的服務員態度很差，英語説的根本聽不懂。第四，房間很小，而且如果沒有窗户的房型，非常潮，入住後很不舒服。太差了這家酒店，價格是其他酒店的兩倍，體驗最差

First time staying there as the usual business hotel I have been staying was fully booked Overall was ok. Love the gym as I could workout before heading to office

It’s a prime location, right in central of district 1, close to everything, easy to get around. The service was top notch. Foods and drinks were so nice. Staffs were attentive. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

M Hotels in Saigon - Both this “M City Hotel” (near Ben Than Market) and the larger and nicer “M Hotel Saigon” (near the Opera House) are great, modern, stylish, clean and comfortable boutique hotels. What you should know: 1 - Good amenities for a small hotel. M City Hotel has a nice rooftop pool which is great for cooling off in a hot day. But don’t let the photos fool you, it’s tiny, and there’s only room for 5 guests total to sit by the pool. It also has a gym that is similarly small but well equipped also located on the top floor with a nice view. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast for a hotel its size with both western and asian choices. But note breakfast is served only 6-9:30 everyday. So if you’re a leisure / holiday traveler who likes to sleep in you may be out of luck, even on weekends. 2 - BEWARE if you book the cheapest room. The least expensive rooms at M City hotel are TINY, and have no windows! They’re so small in fact you can not walk on both sides of a typical queen / double bed. I accidentally booked this room type initially and ended up paying a significant additional feel to upgrade to a room that would be considered standard size with a window (no balcony) in most other comparable (and comparably priced) hotels. While sitting in the lobby I heard multiple other guests working through the exact same scenario I experienced… some expressing more frustration than others at our predicament. 3 - Noise at the hotel is both good and bad…despite being located on a busy street no street noise could be heard in my room. That said, noise carries through the room doors, so hope for respectful neighbors. The hotel is new (or newly renovated) and has nice marble floors in both the hallways and the rooms. While pretty, the stone reflects the sound well and children and even loud adult conversations from within other rooms on my floor could be heard in my room even with both room doors closed. 4 - The staff at M City Hotel earn a good but not great review, which was unexpected as the staff at my prior stay at M Hotel Saigon was outstanding. From the argumentative conversations front desk staff had with customers who didn’t realize just how small the “standard” windowless rooms are, to the dismissive almost annoyed “no” response I received when asking if my coffee could be put in a to-go cup as it took so long to be made I had finished my breakfast and had to run to an early morning flight before it arrived. Sometimes it’s the little things that define great service… Yet despite those caveats, I’d still return and recommend M City Hotel - especially if you’re looking for a modern clean boutique hotel in a convenient location.
