Eetgelegenheden zijn goed. Een deel van het personeel was vriendelijk, maar er was nog steeds veel personeel dat veel dingen niet wist en sommigen namen zelfs niet de moeite om "goedemorgen" te zeggen Kamer - basiszaken ontbraken (zeep, beperkte handdoek, watervoorziening, beperkte shampoo, douchegel en enz.) muziek - bepaalde tijd van de dag was de muziek zo luid en was er geen kans om te ontspannen

Zodra je aankomt, wordt je door elk lid van het team als royalty behandeld. De omgeving is buitengewoon mooi; het design van het hotel is uitstekend en de kamers zijn ruim, perfect ingericht en luxueus. Het feit dat je een kabelbaan van het hotel naar het strand kunt nemen is echt gaaf, en eenmaal op het water zijn de watertaxi's een erg leuke manier om te reizen tussen stranden, watersportactiviteiten en de wisselende restaurants. We vinden het leuk om onze maaltijden in elk van de verschillende restaurants te mixen wanneer we bezoeken, maar ons hoogtepunt is altijd de ontbijtservice in het hoofdgebouw van het hotel. Halil leidt het meest charmante en gastvrije team. De keuze aan gerechten bij het ontbijt is ongeëvenaard en het team helpt u snel en zorgt ervoor dat u alles heeft wat uw hartje begeert. Met het heerlijke eten en drinken, en de attente service en pittoreske omgeving is er geen betere plek/manier om je dag te beginnen. We hebben onlangs genoten van onze derde reis naar het hotel en het wordt alleen maar beter met de tijd, vooral omdat we de magische ervaring nu ook door de ogen van onze jonge dochter kunnen zien. We’ve spent 1 week in D Maris Bay. We’ve been to many places in Turkey but this hotel is just something else. Pure bliss, paradise. The location is just amazing!! And they’re the world class service, special thanks to Evren Karakac who can deal with everything so promptly such a lovely, kind and sweet person. She put smile on my face each morning. 💕💕 Breakfast service, restaurants, beach service, can’t find any faults. Wish we can visit again in near future. Thank you D Maris Bay

It was perfect staying for 2 days and staff were so helpful and friendly especially Bugce was amazing. It’s our first time and will not be the last time. Thank you so much for this experience and your flexibility. And the restaurants near the hotel 🙏🏻

Maybe the best 2 days of my life. D Maris Bay should be in everyone's bucket list. We came as couple and it was an unforgettable memory for us. Everything from the arrival until the departure was flawless. The details that they provide are game changer.

Eşimin doğum günü için geldik. Her şey o kadar güzeldi ki hizmet ,personellerin güler yüzü , her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş eşim için çok güzel jestler yapıldı. Çok mutlu oldu tabi bende. Otelin kalitesi tartışılmaz. Baydreaming'e bize bu harika deneyimi yaşattığı için çok teşekkürler... Tüm personellere ayrıca teşekkürler... Mutlaka Tekrar geleceğiz..

Dalaman airport to hotel : just under 2 hours by car. Check in was smooth. Friendly hotel staff. We got the deluxe sea view room. The view from the balcony was nice. The room however is pretty worn down. The bathroom especially needs some work done - too basic for a 5 star hotel and they should reposition the toilet roll holder so it’s easier for reach haha and also I hope they can install a little table by the bowl so I can put my phone or other things there. The shower is probably the worst part, the lighting is so dim I can barely see if I was using shampoo or shower gel. Please install more lights if possible. But our room has a big bath tub with sea view which is nice. Housekeeping was a hit and miss. But overall acceptable. Just that when they offered turndown service I kindly asked the lady to return in an hour as we were just getting ready for dinner, the lady happily said sure ok but forgot to return after lol that’s ok. No big deal. Breakfast is served as buffet style and you can order your choice of eggs and will prepare for you fresh. Good selection of pastries and breads, cheeses, fruits, and various Turkish breakfast food. The ‘restaurant’ that serves breakfast is only opened for breakfast. The hotel has 5 main restaurants, 4 by beaches and 1 at the main hotel building. Zuma - at the main hotel building, with a panoramic view over the bay, that serves contemporary Japanese cuisine - you can find Zumas all over the world. It’s only opened for dinner, there is an outdoor grilled station, and a sushi bar. Our dinner there was enjoyable. D Maris Kitchen - brasserie style by the main beach that offers an international menu - salad, pasta, pizza, doner, etc we had a nice lunch there. Nusr-et - steakhouse by the beach. I got to see saltbae there too during our stay. La Guerite - Mediterranean cuisine with a 360 sea view - with DJ playing music - it’s a fun place where you see a lot of non hotel guests parking their luxurious yachts nearby and come here for some food and bubbles. Our lunch here was nice but very windy that day. Manos - beach front taverna with Greek seafood cuisine - the only restaurant we haven’t tried but probably should have done instead of Nusret (since we have already had it in Istanbul) So the hotel accommodation part, I cannot give a good rating. But the beaches, the view, the staff really made up to get a 4/5. Vito the GM, good seeing you and thank you for being so kind and helpful. I look forward to returning to D Maris Bay.

We have been to lots of hotels in great places but D Maris’ location just takes your breath away; STUNNING – we could not get enough of the view. Go for deluxe sea view room or a sea view suite to fully appreciate it. The hotel itself is not bad; it has 5 beaches with easy access between them by a shuttle boat (our favourite one was the green beach – The Silent one) and 5 restaurants; we stayed at the hotel towards the end of the season which meant that we had beaches to almost just ourselves and there was no need to book any restaurants; we did not try Manos as the place was completely empty on most nights and to be honest we’ve heard very mixed reviews so just did not bother; La Guerite, on the other hand, was very disappointing – we had great expectations but unfortunately we left disappointed; the seabass ceviche was lovely but the mussels and grilled prawns were lukewarm and generally there was a feeling of not being very welcome. Zuma’s food, however, was excellent – we had dinner there twice (in our 6 day stay)– just a shame about some of the staff who appeared to be totally disinterested in what they were doing; also my plate was taken away while I was still eating and I had to ask the waiter to put it back on the table – that was a bit weird, to say the least. D Maris Kitchen is also very good. Just one word of caution – the prices throughout the hotel are very high; food was on the a par with London but drinks were extortionate; 75cm bottle of water was about £5, same for a glass of coke, beer was about £12 a bottle and the cheapest wine, in any restaurant, was over £60 a bottle; problem is that the hotel is very isolated so has a captive audience but there is no need to mark the drinks by 400-500%; one other thing to be aware of, is that the curtains in the rooms let a lot of light in, in fact the door to the hot tub room is only frosted, letting in huge amount of light so if you are light sleeper bring an eye mask with you. I would have thought that a 5* hotel could afford to have blackout curtains, considering they have huge amount of sun/light through the year. Having said all of this, it’s a lovely hotel and I can highly recommend it.
