Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and great location. Staff all very helpful. Only reason didn’t get full set of 5 stars is because extra charge to use swimming pool

Platinum Elite Marriott member. Asked for a 1pm checkout. Denied. They said because I was travelling with others (separate room booked on a separate reservation) that only one room could be granted late checkout per "policy" and that they couldn't honor my status (guaranteed 4pm checkout) because I had booked through a third party website. Irony in it all was I had to wait until 4pm the day before to check-in because my room wasn't ready as the people before me had a late checkout.

The service was great. We have eaten at the hotel previously and enjoyed the food. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bar was closed due to Covid restrictions but we hope to see that open next time.

いついっても素晴らしい。駅直結で、ストレスなく仕事や旅ができます。部屋も清潔で広く、エレベーターから近くても音が聞こえません。強いて言えば、お風呂の水圧が少し弱いくらい。でも、そのお風呂が広くてタイルなので総じて素晴らしい。

喜來登飯店靠近車站旁 ，對於長途旅行可以很方便搭車，同時飯店樓層很高，可以看到夜景，早餐也可以看到車站的景色，尤其是靠窗邊有兩人獨居座椅非常有氣氛。

這酒店真的不錯，就在JG站出口右邊，有通道直接相連。房間面積夠大，雖然有年頭了，但是維護的相當不錯，而且性價比非常高。

とても良いロケーションでスタッフの対応もそうですがきちんとしていて物凄く良かったです。広島に行った時はぜひまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います
