스파에 티가 있는데 맛있고, 카운터분들이 굉장히 친절하고
스파직원분들도 굉장히 친절합니다.
오스트리아 내에서 손꼽을만큼 친절한곳

Stayed for a week with my wife, had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend. Breakfast is amazing so would suggest you stay on a B&B basis. Location is very good with car park and bus service at the top of the road, easy access to Zell and Areit express

Beautiful hotel, very clean, everything you need. Just a short 20 minute walk to Zell am See, gorgeous lake, stunning views of the mountain. There are some lovely hiking trails in Zell am see. My partner and I followed a trail up Schuttdorf mountain which had the most incredible views along the way. Highly recommend staying here.. staff are extremely friendly and they let us check in a little early too!

The hotel rooms have no air conditioning, no mini fridge, no kettle/coffee machine, no iron or ironing board, only the stark bare minimum is provided. Even charging points are scarce. When we asked for a fan in the room, they provided one, but not before we were told that it may not be available. Ahmed at the front desk was kind and helpful, as was the staff at their breakfast cafe. The other person at the desk was very curt and not hospitable at all. Don’t come during the summer to stay here, unless you don’t mind sweating it out in your room

So, if you are looking for a budget hotel ..stop reading. This is “erste Klasse“, you pay and will get everything you need. The hotel is very modern, not at a traditional Austrian hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The every day cleaning is flawless. The breakfast is very.. I say very good… if you have included spa in your stay, you will enjoy something special… there different saunas.. spacious areas to relax… if you want to take a swim.. the hotel has two … indoor and outdoor.. it’s up to you… Why I love this hotel is that the service is great and the a**osphere is .. well it’s really relaxing.. you don’t get the feeling of that you are staying at a railway station.. if you get the feeling….but the downside is that you have to pay for this … well you only live once…

Very bad place the staff dealing very pad and they are thief hotel they took 50 euro additional fee from me for checkout Earle
I suggested not to stay in this hotel at all
