Voor een twee sterren hotel is het hartstikke prima! Fijne kamer net groot genoeg, het bed was een beetje hard maar niet vervelend. Ons balkon keek uit over het naastliggende ‘aquarium’. De badkamer is prima, met regendouche. Enige minpunt is dat na het douchen de hele badkamer nat is. De mensen van het hotel zijn super lief, het ontbijt is genoeg keuze en ook lekker verse producten! Dus een prima hotel om een paar dagen in te verblijven!!!

If you are planning on holidays in Crete, Charm hotel is a must to stay in! Run by wonderful couple who are extremely hands on and helpful, hotel is located few minutes walk from the beach. Daily in-house, organic breakfasts are just perfect to start a day! Rooms are kept just in immaculate shape! The whole experience was just fantastic and we surely couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere next time visiting Crete! Thank you Antonis and Katerina!

Great hotel with lovely owners, very clean rooms and common areas. the breakfast buffet was also tasty with fresh eggs, honey and vegetables. The buffet has also vegan choices (much appreciated!) Thanks again guys!

Very nice and quite hotel for business travelling but also for relaxation. It's a small hotel with pleasent environment and lovely hostels. Easy access and exit to the main roads and interesting places to visit around.. bus and taxi stations are really close to the hotel just like the the coast is not far from it. I loved the decoration of the room as much the owner's welcoming.. That combination made us feel really comfortable and that was the point.. also the hostels were so kind and friendly that we had the feeling we are family. Regarding the restaurant we had only breakfast which was royal and all the materials were fresh. The place around of where this hotel is located is quite social and interesting to be explored not only ones. I would definitely love to visit that place and meet the hostels again.. thanks a lot for your services charm hotel!

The water in our bathroom was a very dark brown and smelling of metal. The hotel unilaterally decided to do away with our breakfast that was included in the price stating that the price actually is 50 eur per person :) Furniture from the '70s, bathroom with small lights and no hangers. There is no king-size bed, as mentioned - just two single beds. Overall - a bad experience and a misleading description.

Très bel hôtel propre et décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux

Il Charm Hotel si trova nella zona tranquilla della turistica Hersonissos. La struttura, a conduzione famigliare, è pulita e confortevole. Un plauso va alla buona e varia colazione.

La struttura è accettabile se cosi possiamo dire per una breve vacanza. La camera è discreta... (di certo il fotografo ha fatto un gran bel lavoro) , farla apparire molto più luminosa e confortevole. Dal vivo è tutto molto differente. Le pareti non sono rifinite bensì totalmente grezze, non vi è armadio ma una sbarra (max 1 metro...si vede nella foto) appesa al muro per appendere gli abiti su un unico ripiano presente nella stanza. Il bagno (come da foto) minuscolo...troppo. Dal punteggio attribuito mi sarei aspettato un ambiente leggermente più raffinato nei dettagli....

Μειναμε 4 μερες, μικρο συμπαθητικο ξενοδοχει, παντα πολυ καθαρο. Κεντρικα στη Χερσονησσο αλλα πανω σε ησυχο δρομο （πολυ σημαντικο για τη περιοχη!）. οι ιδιοκτητες και εργαζομενοι παντα χαμογελαστοι και σε βοηθανε στα παντα. Το πρωινο νοστιμοτατο και καλη ποικιλια για το μεγεθος του ξενοδοχειου. Το συστινω!
