這是什麼寶藏酒店啊！衹在赫爾辛堡待一晚，所以不知道是不是這邊的酒店都這麼可愛。
首先是裝修裝飾風格，隨處都是花花花…酒店裡的老古董電梯好好玩，一定要試一下。前台的小姐姐超級無敵漂亮和可愛，給入住帶來絕佳的賓至如歸感啊。早餐廳是我的最愛，小小的，感覺像在家裡，但是品種多多且有條不紊。酒店旁邊就是城市一個景點，在山上都能收到酒店Wi-Fi

I love visiting Helsingborg and this hotel is in a great location near the train and bus station in the heart of downtown. The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. I was disappointed, however, that there was no way to get to and from the hotel via ramp - there were only steps. The elevator also had issues. If you have accessibility needs, this hotel will be difficult to stay in. I could also hear my neighbors throughout the day and night and there was no phone to call down to reception with questions or asking for assistance. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay despite poor accessibility.

Hotel sits next to a very lively bar and on one of the busiest pedestrian roads of the city. At 02:00 came down to ask for ear plugs as the commotion and music we’re unbearable only to have the receptionist say “We do not have any and allow us to remind you it’s a city hotel”. Many ways to avoid that for example by informing at check in and of course have problematic rooms much cheaper. After a complaint at check out, 3 emails and 2 phone calls finally the manager came back with a proposition to visit again which was refused. When asked for partial refund the management stopped the communication. Avoid if you enjoy a good night’s sleep.

It was nice! Could def have bigger towels in the bathrooms and heated floors.
But nice and cosy breakfast and beautiful rooms. Really nice beds, slept for 9 hours.

What a nice surprise! My stay was so much better than I expected. Nice room, quiet, comfy bed, clean! And they serve a great breakfast.

Dejligt hotel og fint værelse.
Restauranten burde have et større menukort
så ville vi have spist der. Sauna og spa burde stå med mere lys og klar . Det virkede som om det var lukket ned. Men god stemning og beliggenhed.

We spent one night at the hotel. It is clean, and the location is great. We had a glas at the wine bar, and came home smelling like a frying pan, no ventilation there. The breakfast was really good.
