Holiday Inn Express & Suites Heath - Newark

Very happy with this hotel. First time staying at a Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite which was very clean and modern. The amenities were great and eco-friendly too.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting family. It was super clean, food top notch and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I walked in the lobby and the front desk clerk was down near the floor, cleaning the lighted front of the desk. No one was around to see that, she didn't even hear me come in. These employees take pride in their workplace! Check-in and check-out were great. The staff has been well-trained to be gracious and polite. Travelers appreciate genuineness after a long day. Love this place.

We’ve stayed here several times and it is one of two places at which we’ve stayed when visiting our daughter at Denison. It is always clean, hot water works, electrical outlets work and is generally what we expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

I recommend staying towards the back of the hotel as the front does have a little traffic noise.

The staff was extremely friendly hotel was clean and spotless and beautiful and breakfast was delicious and everything about the stay was perfect!!!

I reserved my room 7 months in advanced then on the day that I'm arriving they told me my room is unavailable even though I reserved it months ago. How does that make sence its available when I receive it but not available when I arrive even though i reserved it

It was nice clean hotel. The staff was really nice. The breakfasts was really good and a lot good choices

Spacious rooms, clean, quiet & plenty of towels! The breakfast was remarkable & always attended to with a great variety. We used to stay at different hotel in this area when visiting friends & family but this place has changed our minds. Can't wait to come visit again!!!
