I find the room is peaceful and safe. The room is energy-efficient and stays at an even temperature. The staff are professional and attentive to the customer and easy to get along with. My stay here for the second time was worth the money spent; I'll book with this hotel whenever I'm in town. Sincerely Danny Messer

Staff was helpful, friendly. Room was clean. Excellent value for the price. My only (minor) complaint was that the shower head was really low for someone over 6' tall. But all in all, I would stay again for sure.

They call it 2-star hotel. Not really. I've been to 2-stars in the area before. Laurel Park is much better than any of them. I stayed in Laurel for two days. They changed towels after day one. The towels were soft, leanens were really clean. The ac unit is away from the main room that makes lower noise and let you sleep well. The ac thermostat was actually working, not like other 2-star hotels. If Laurel is not at least 3-star then I don't know which one is.

Amazing stay, the service and friendliness from the owners is excellent. they are always available for anything you may need. In addition the hotel is well located on the side of the main road in Maggie Valley. I stayed in the place solo for 13 days doing my Fall photography in the Smoky Mountains and I felt like being at home

The only thing bad was the beds were very hard..but everything elese was ok..could have had restraunts closer..

I'm not very picky, but I have to give an honest review. The woman in the office was very kind, but the office smelled very strong like smoke. They clearly smoke indoors or where the smoke blows back inside, which was very off-putting for someone who doesn't smoke. Thankfully they offer nonsmoking rooms. The room was a bit dated and the mattresses are pretty hard, but they're very, very clean. The walls are paper-thin, though. You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and next door. I sleep with earbuds no matter where I am, but my husband was kept up all night by the kids in the next room, traffic, and people knocking on doors (even several doors down). I really want to give a great review, but I'm happy that we only booked for one night because the noise was just too much.
