Het hotel is een zeer goede plek om van en naar de luchthaven te gaan. Het is een zeer goede plek om de metro te zien. Helaas was het op het moment van inchecken enkele dagen gesloten voor onderhoud. Het busstation kan echter ga het stadscentrum uit. Wasruimte en kleine keuken in de winkel
, en ook om te vermelden dat het ontbijt van het hotel 11 pond goed eten is, vooral de eersteklas service 👍👍👍.
Het hotelconcept is goed, de kamer moet worden verbeterd en het sanitair is ook matig, maar het bed kan comfortabel worden geslapen. Het is een goede keuze als de schoonmaak kan worden versterkt.

Het douchewater is erg klein en het toilet is verstopt. Het beddengoed rook naar zweet. Behalve dat de service goed is, is al het andere verschrikkelijk?

I think the hotel is good. Good location. It is so near to the underground. The room is big and tidy. Come with a nice kitchen

Great location as it was just beside the metro. However, we were too lucky to have met with a water shortage during our stay which causes inconvenience but the staff gave bottled water to try to help us with washing up, freshening. It was a pleasant stay should we have not met with the water shortage.

The location is not very far from central London. It takes around 30min.

This hotel is a gem. It’s located across the street from the metro. There’s a small grocery store next door. It’s a quiet area and perfect for getting all over London and back to the airport. The service was fantastic. Excellent amenities, especially the coin only laundry room. The restaurant is also nice and the food was amazing. I will be staying here again on my next trip to London.

I stayed in this hotel for 13 days before I moved into my student accomodation. In general, my stay at Stay City was good and comfortable. However, the cleaners do not clean the room and bathroom thoroughly so I put a "Stay Away sign" at my door front during my stay and cleaned the rooms on my own. Apart from this, I would like to stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Good location. Next to Hayes and Harrington station. Convenient traffic to Heathrow airport and Central London via Elizabeth Line. Staff are polite and helpful.
However we found used towels in the bathroom when we checked in.
