Volledig misleidend. Je komt aan en alles ziet er tip top uit, ga naar de trap of lift en het verschil is schokkend. Dit komt niet in de buurt van de standaard van een 4-sterrenhotel
Ook de aanwezigheid van honderden “mannen” is zeer intimiderend. Het hotel had moeten informeren dat het een vluchtelingenhotel was en mij de mogelijkheid moeten geven om te annuleren.
Kamer was redelijk, zeer gedateerde badkamer met bevlekte oppervlakken zal hieraan voldoen.

Ik zal niet opnieuw bij Mecure boeken. Het is zeer teleurstellend dat ze geen rekening houden met systeemfouten.

In tegenstelling tot de beschrijving is het hotel erg oud. De badkamer was vies, de hendel van de douche er helemaal af. Handdoeken ontbraken. Na de klacht kreeg ik een sap en een water als compensatie. Ik had echt meer verwacht. Er moet minimaal één diner zijn inbegrepen. Het was erg teleurstellend. Vragen bij het ontbijtbuffet werden ook schouderophalend beantwoord. Zelfs voor de prijs te duur.

Overall is good, just have maintenance issues only. For instance the radiator can’t switch off, air conditioning’s socket cover missing just use adhesive tape cover etc

It was okay for what we paid. I ended up driving down to London to meet my partner and the car park was something wild like £16 a day and the car park was very tight, lots of pot holes, not gated so when you’re paying so much and it’s not protected it begs the question - why is it so expensive? I understand it’s London but I think this could’ve been better. The breakfast buffet was nice, the room was clean and we were upstairs so I think it was a little bigger than the other rooms. I think it’s a great stop over hotel, but we were travelling into London city centre each day which wasn’t super practical. We should’ve just booked closer into London. But overall, it was okay 🙂

The restaurant added a 12% tip without asking. The male staff at the restaurant is not help at all, and his mannerism was condescending. The other staff at reception and other areas were friendly and nice. I witnessed him mocking another guest rather than trying to provide a solution for that guest's need to charge her mobile phone.

Checked in late and all went smooth. Water dispenser was available in lobby which was great, and room was as described. Upon slightly moving the bed I did find a sock that was not from my party, however except this the room seemed to be clean. There were the normal amenities available, such as a hairdryer. One negative is plug locations in my room where very inconvenient, no plug sockets near either of the bed.

The fridge does not work. I asked for services and no response. Restaurant only opened during certain time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s 15mins walk from station. If you are carrying heavy luggage, it’s not convenient.
