地理位置極好，就在國會大廈邊上，凱賓斯基的對面。到哈瓦那老城等景點都很方便，邊上有商業街，門口就是出租車聚集點，出行也方便。早餐是美式煎蛋套餐，樣式不多但夠吃。房間設施也夠用。屋頂露台是亮點，可以看日出。

아바나 구시가지의 랜드마크 잉그라테라는 생각보다 깨끗한 시설이라

단 1급호텔수준이구여 쿠바에서는 정말 좋은호텔입니나

酒店有點老了，去的時候古巴經濟不大好，物資匱乏，酒店不提供水，提供的早餐也是勉強吃飽😭
酒店服務很好，整潔乾淨，房間沒有異味
酒店大堂不開空調，真的很熱啊….

Hotel Inglaterra. De naam klinkt. Ik verbleef er 4 nachten in een standaardkamer budgetair. Een kamer achteraan het hotel waar wat machines staan te ronken. 50-60euro per nacht. Personeel aan de receptie lijkt geen ervaring met toeristen te hebben. Is jong en bekijken je met arrogante blik. Ze hebben geen opleiding gehad. Maar dit is cuba. Om geld te wisselen moet je hier niet zijn. Hun rating is laag en ze nemen er steevast Marge op. Reken voor juli 2023 rating was 1 euro is 220 pesos. Je moet zeker 200 pesos krijgen niet minder. Ontbijt ok maar vreemde organisatie.. beetje wirwar van bediening. Maar best ok. Pianist doet Billy Joel na. Hotel heeft goeie lokatie is dichtbij de belangrijkste wandelstraten. Ik Zou hier geen 2e maal reserveren. Toch succes bij je zoektocht Bernard Belgium

Een prachtig gebouw, centrale locatie. Ideaal om zowel het oude als het nieuwe centrum van Havanna te bezoeken. Kamers prima maar niet overdreven goed. Ontbijt ook prima. Leuk terras op een gezellig plein met een goede menukaart. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Je kunt betalen met creditcard of euro's. Niet met pesos, het beste kun je in Cuba met euro's betalen. Houd de koers in de gaten, wisselt nogal.

This is the oldest hotel in Havana and inside it is beautiful. It is a bit faded, but is being renovated at the moment. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and comfortable, with good quality sheets and towels. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had an accident there, and they could not have been more caring and helpful. The rooftop terrace is lovely in the evening with the lights of the Capitolio and the theatre. The ground floor terrace is animated, always filled with music and a great place to people watch. You don't go to Cuba for the food, but the hotel does pretty well. The breakfast had a good choice, and in an amazing dining room.

Lovely Hotel. The reception, dining room and lounge areas are beautiful. Our standard room was huge with two small comfortable double beds plainly decorated but spotlessly clean. Maybe a little worn round the edges but not a problem. Air conditioning was excellent. Bathroom large again a bit worn round the edges but clean and the walk in shower was good. Breakfast was different but plentiful. Great music all the time. Staff always friendly & helpful. Some shortages in the country but there are always alternatives and did not spoil our enjoyment of what is a beautiful & fascinating country

Filthy rooms, noisy and not interested in anyone other than organised tours. Don't bother if you're travelling as a couple. Having been flooded out of our room on the second night we were moved in to a room who's bathroom was mould ingested. No chance of any warm water even after 15 minutes of running it.

I was impressed. Everything was perfect: the location, service, food, room and environment. I felt great like a guest and the staff treated me like a queen. This hotel is national and historical monument. I felt so happy for staying in the oldest hotel of the city of a great importance for Cuban history
