風景很好，有海灘泳池。由於當地物資缺乏，普遍吃的很一般。酒店設施陳舊，但衞生安全還可以。但是前台服務特別差。

Probably my 15th visit here since 2010, economic times are very very tough here this time...many cutbacks on food, entertainment, gone are cloth tablecloths and napkins, now a paper napkin is deluxe. The workers try their best! Love them.

I visited this hotel 1 year ago and it was good. Now it is horrible.Very bad service at the buffet,absolutely no attention from the waiters and to get glass of drink you must pay them otherwise no drink for you.They absolutely doesn't deserve any kind of tip for their horrible services,birds and cats in the restaurant area never know when the bird will poop over your head,24 hr bar is ok,reception is ok but arrogant people working there,rooms not very clean and many things falling appart and you must be careful not to break them,no water for night to the room only small plastic cup fora person.Food is also not good.Everything is worse than year ago and this time I recommend to stay away from this hotel

Crap hotel crap service. 1/4 star at most. No local attractions or events. No shows, bad food and bad service. Sold an upgraded vip package that is nonexistent. No water in room, no hot water, no towels. Fridge never stocked. No airline representative to inform us of departure time to airport. Go anywhere else.

It was hard to find bottled water and milk for the children. Do not go to this hotel. Don't spoil your summer. We lost power a couple of times and the wi-fi was intermittent. Transportation from the airport to the hotel took a while. The beach was fine.

It's a scam of a hotel, roaches run around freely. The food an the service are deeply mediocre. Some of the employees are state agents watching what you do or say at all time... also the money gathered by all hotels in Cuba finances the repression of the Cubans.

No tiene higiene salen cucarachas en los baños los servicios son muy los atiende muy mal la comida es pésima no es nada comparado a las fotos el hotel le falta mantenimiento y la higiene es muy mala el Internet tiene un límite de 1 hora y la gente que es extranjera necesita siempre el Internet el hotel esta muy mal estado.

No es lo que se ofrece, mal servicio al cliente iniciando, internet limitado solo dos horas diarias. Las habitaciones terribles, huelen feo, viejas, con cucarachas y mala higiene. Mala infraestructura, viejo, deteriorado, los ascensores feos. La comida horrible, se nota que es cochino. La peor experiencia, que mal servicio!
