We really liked the charming cottages and the looks of the resort. The inside could use some more charm (some art maybe?) and updating of the appliances. We would also have benefited from bug screens for the windows as there were many bugs, and the home can get hot. I can recommend the location as a good alternative to staying in Bayonne or Biarritz.

A Quiet, good location, nice pool (though did not seem to be heated), easy parking just outside the property boundary but in their own area. There are also electric charging points for 4 vehicles on the property. Cooking facilities were reasonable though the multipurpose Microwave/Grill/Oven was a little challenging. There was a good selection of plates, pans, utensils, glasses and cutlery. There is a small "supermarket" in the village (Check opening times!) otherwise you will need to go to Hasparren, about 10km, for an Intermarche supermarket (good, also sells Petrol/Diesel). The village boulangerie is open Sunday AM but not Mondays and closes in the middle of the day (check the opening times on Google Maps, they are correct.) We never used the onsite restaurant / bar but it did offer nice menus and the food always smelt nice. They also offer take-away pizzas. Access to the property is via a steep road (not evident from web/map views) and there is no parking adjacent to the individual houses only for loading/unloading. The whole property is located on a steep hillside (a Colline). The property we stayed in was, how shall we say, a little tired. The food cupboard was seriously suffering from woodworm at the back and the bath/shower was, while fully servicable, showing its age. There was no safe in the rooms and oddly no hangers in the wardrobe. Their website claims they provide bedding, towels and toilet paper, but while the 1st 2 were provided and changed each week the toilet paper is something you must provide for yourself after the 1st 2 rolls that they provide!

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans un cadre merveilleux plein de verdure .Accueil chaleureux ,logement très confortable ,un dépaysement total. Vous serez au calme entouré de personnes compétentes. Vous serez proche aussi du charmant petit village de La Bastide-Clairence.

Lit confortables, appart. bien formulé, propre, accueillant avec le linge bain, lit puis savons etc.... fournis. Nous avons passés un agréable Week-End pour un mariage. Personnel très sympa, travail soigné, respect. Rien à dire. Lassalle Colette.

Un établissement qui pourrait être très bien, mais la mauvaise qualité de l’accueil, l’inexistence du service (impossible d’obtenir une bouteille d’eau par exemple), la médiocre propreté des chambres font que l’établissement ne mérite pas mieux comme commentaire et note globale. C’est dommage car son emplacement et sa configuration permettraient d’obtenir bien mieux.

Site très bien situé, facilement accessible et environnement sauvage. Par contre le logement que nous occupions à refaire totalement, très vieillot et décevant à part literie à priori récente et confortable.

Superbe emplacement avec tous les services utiles (aire de jeux enfants, rampe de skate, piscine, restaurant etc.). Chalets très propres et très bien aménagés, accueil hors période estivale bien organisé avec les livrets d'accueil et nous avons même pu "traîner" un peu plus vu qu'il n'y avait personne après nous. Réservation simple et personnel très accommodant et aimable ! Super séjour, merci! Le restaurant était fermé pour travaux mais nous avons pu découvrir le Trinquet chez Fafa qu'on recommande les yeux fermés aussi

Toujours aussi parfait, que ce soit le service, la propreté des logements et l'accueil. Endroit idéal pour ceux qu'ils veulent decouvrir le pays basques. A 20 minutes de l'océan, et pleins de jolies villages a decouvrir a proximite.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons loué et nous sommes très satisfaits de ce logement. Personnel à l'accueil très agréable. Dans le logement il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin en vacances. A recommander vivement.
