Vlakbij het centrum op loopafstand. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt inbegrepen en erg goed en uitgebreid. Wel zoeken naar plekje in ontbijtruimte bij drukte.

Chose this hotel because it was supposed to have a working Air Condition system. This did not work, and the room was unbearable and hot. We could open a window in the room, but this did not help. Very dissapointed.

I found the service staff at the hotel to be very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained. There were little things that could’ve been better—there was no suitcase stand, nor room safe. The breakfast was decent, but it could be nicer by providing a couple of warm dishes like oatmeal or scrambled eggs. All in all, it’s a good hotel for a one or two night stay, close to the center of Gütersloh.

Arrived later than the check in time and our room still wasn’t ready…. They supplied us with an alternative rapidly but, that’s not the point.
