Excellent hospitality! The motel has a good location, it is very clean and tidy. The host is so helpful and provides us with some attraction routes, which is more interesting than driving through the highway! And Rocky (Labrador) is soooo cute! We will definitely recommend this motel to our friends!

Convenient location for Dunedin city centre, but also easy to get to. Clean and well equipped rooms, with enthusiastic management.

Location is good, few minutes walking time to shopping mall, supermarket and restaurant. Living space is big enough and a quiet environment. Everything is good.

Super clean and tidy motel located on one of the main streets with dairy shop and restaurants across the street. Walkable distance to town center to visit the train station, museum etc. easy parking and very friendly owner and the team.

Great stay at Alexis Motor Lodge. The accommodation was very good and had everything you would need. One of the cleanest motel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Location was excellent to explore Dunedin. Had one of the rooms at the back of the motel and it was quiet. Robyn and staff were very helpful and made it a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

A great stay in the heart of Dunedin. Perfect for our family as it was jjst a short walk to the CBD which had great dinning options and close of other central landmarks.
