I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to rest after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and the room felt cosy and quiet. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and met all my expectations. I would happily stay here again. Warm hotel as well

What is obviously see in this hotel is how good of the staff. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏

This hotel is really great! First off, the location is superb, right on Xie Jiao Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and several other landmarks. Plus, it's super close to the Shangzhi Avenue subway station. At the same time, it maintains a nice quiet distance from the bustling tourist areas, which is perfect. The cleanliness and facilities were also very satisfying! The breakfast deserves a special mention; it was so rich and plentiful that it made us instantly drop our plans to eat at the morning market.

This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

De kamer is over het algemeen klein en de zijkamer die ik had was groter. Maar de badkamer was te klein en er was geen plaats om wc-papier te plaatsen. En de ramen kunnen niet geopend worden. Hygiëne is oké. Het belangrijkste is dat de locatie van het hotel geweldig is en dat Central Street 2 blokken verderop ligt met een gedeelde fiets. Het museum ligt op loopafstand. Er is een bushalte achter de kerk naar Gogol Street, en het treinstation is erg handig. Het metrostation ligt iets verder weg. Het ontbijt is rijk maar voornamelijk in Chinese stijl. De receptionisten bij de receptie van nieuw geopende hotels moeten worden omgeschoold om vertrouwder te raken. Er zijn gratis Maddie-ijslolly's en kwasdrankjes om de hitte te verlichten.

必須誇一誇這家酒店，前台服務熱情有禮，全程辦理手續快捷省心。店內環境整潔雅緻，房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟透氣，睡眠質量特別好。早餐菜品豐盛多樣，選擇空間很大，營養又可口。地段優勢明顯，交通四通八達，周邊商圈齊全，購物閑逛都很便捷，整體入住感受滿分，值得反覆入住！

Voorzieningen: Prima, relatief nieuw. Netheid: Ziet er vrij schoon uit. Omgeving: Tja, lijkt een beetje krap. Service: Het echtpaar dat de service verleende was erg goed. Eerlijk gezegd is de locatie geweldig, het echtpaar dat de service verleende was goed en de kamer is relatief nieuw. Het ligt dicht bij het hogesnelheidsstation van Harbin, op ongeveer 7-8 minuten lopen. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar de Sint-Sofiakathedraal en Central Street is ook prima. De geluidsisolatie is echter erg slecht; het toilet maakt veel lawaai en er is ook veel lawaai van bovenaf – je kunt het doorspoelen horen. De kussens zijn misschien een kwestie van persoonlijke voorkeur, maar ze waren niet erg comfortabel. Als je dat niet erg vindt, is het prima.

Very good experience. There's complimentary afternoon tea 2pm-4pm with cake and supper 9pm-10:30pm have porridge. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe twin room as I needed a room near to washer room and lift. The staff helps guest to carry luggage up to room and down the stairs when checking out. Staff also helps to carry luggage to taxi. It's just 5 mins walk (300m) away from 中央大街 and also 15 mins walk (1.1km). Breakfast is delicious and suitable for those who do not eat pork. I will come back here stay again next time when visiting harbin.
