設施：一般，較老舊，室內好幾處高低不平。
衞生：灰塵比較厚
服務：不知道客廳怎麼開燈，叫來了服務人員，來了一位大叔，一頓呲噠，指着請勿打擾説這就是，看不見嗎？後來打前台電話需要一個被罩，過了一會，又是這位大叔，回電話問，你要被罩幹啥？你管我幹啥！！態度之差前所未見！！！

挺差勁的
1⃣️進出各種樓梯台階，非常不方便，也沒有工作人員幫忙
2⃣️衞生差，被子一眼就是沒有換，裏面也很臟，床單也臟，至於衞生間不提了
3⃣️服務根本談不上
4⃣️除了位置離中央大街近，真沒必要住

酒店的位置絕了，離哪哪都近，到中央大街步行五分鐘，到道里菜市場和索菲亞教堂十分鐘，步行紅專早市十幾分鍾，非常非常方便，關鍵的酒店門口就是兆麟公園，裏面的冰雕相當漂亮，而且免費觀賞。

酒店位置很不錯，房間還挺大的，對面就是兆麟公園，過馬路就到，可以免費玩滑冰，唯獨洗澡沒有花灑，衹有淋浴頭，有點不方便，熱水不是很熱，其他都很好，酒店安保工作還不錯，還挺用心的，帶娃可以選擇這裏

酒店乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐服務態度很棒，還給免費升級了房間，酒店位置很好，去中央大街步行3分鐘，樓下就是兆麟公園，晚上很漂亮，全是小型的冰雕，而且免費的，超讚

地理位置佳，剛好在松花江和中央大街中間的位置。都可以步行幾百米到達。前台服務好，特別温柔細心。房間不大，但也算乾淨衞生。

前台的小王很熱情，給免費升級了房間。位置離中央大街也很近，出門就可以打到車非常方便。住的方便可以存行李的
